ISO/IEC 27001:2022
Tablix is currently in the process of obtaining ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certification, the international gold standard for Information Security Management Systems (ISMS). This certification will be completed by the end of the third quarter of 2026 (September 2026).

Comprehensive evaluation of our current practices against ISO 27001 requirements.
ISMS implementation
Development and deployment of required security policies, procedures, and controls.
Internal audit & remediation
Verification of control effectiveness and remediation of identified non-conformities.
Certification audit
External audit by an accredited certification body, scheduled for end of Q3 2026.
Our security commitments
Data encryption
All data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). Your PDF documents are processed securely and never shared with third parties.
Canadian hosting
Our infrastructure is hosted exclusively in Canadian data centers (AWS ca-central-1), ensuring data residency in compliance with Quebec and Canadian privacy laws.
Access control
We enforce the principle of least privilege with mandatory multi-factor authentication, comprehensive audit logs, and environment separation.
Incident management
Our incident response plan includes detection, notification, resolution, and post-incident analysis. Affected customers are notified within legally required timeframes.
